We were pleased to host the 𝐄𝐏𝐅𝐎 “𝐍𝐢𝐝𝐡𝐢 𝐀𝐚𝐩𝐤𝐞 𝐍𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐭” 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, conducted by officials from the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). The session provided practical guidance on EPF services, KYC updates, e-Nomination, online claim processes, grievance resolution, and the latest EPFO initiatives.

The interactive session enabled our employees to clarify their queries directly with EPFO officials, reinforcing our commitment to employee welfare, financial security, and regulatory compliance.

As part of our commitment to giving back to the community, we had the privilege of distributing educational kits to the students of 𝐕𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐤𝐚. Each kit included essential learning materials such as notebooks, pen, pencils, and other stationery to support students in their academic journey.

Education has the power to shape confident individuals and stronger communities. Through small but meaningful initiatives like these, we hope to encourage young minds to dream bigger, learn better, and build a brighter future.

We are delighted to share that Lal Hingorani, Founder & Director, Pharmanza Herbal Pvt. Ltd., has been nominated as an External Expert Member of the Academic Planning and Development Committee (APDC) at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), SAS Nagar (Mohali). The committee has been constituted by the Board of Governors to strengthen the institute’s academic planning and development through the guidance of distinguished experts from academia, research, and the pharmaceutical industry.

This recognition is not only an honour for Pharmanza Herbal but also reflects the value of industry leaders actively contributing to the future of pharmaceutical education, innovation, and research.

Lal Hingorani’s decades of experience in botanical extracts, nutraceuticals, product development, quality systems, and industry collaboration will bring valuable practical insights that help bridge the gap between academia and industry. Pharmanza Herbal Pvt Ltd-India recently conducted 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 at 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲, 𝗬𝗲𝗼𝗹𝗮 on Saturday, 13th June, for recruitment opportunities in the Production and Quality Assurance departments.

As part of the drive, our team also conducted an orientation session for students, helping them understand the expectations, opportunities, and career pathways within the herbal, nutraceutical, and manufacturing industry.
