Quality Control (QC) and Standardisation
The Quality Control and Standardization Unit at Pharmanza Herbal is dedicated to ensuring that the products manufactured meet the specifications outlined in the Indian Pharmacopoeia and United States Pharmacopeia for active components. The QC team is primarily engaged in Product Testing, Process Checks, Testing of Measuring Equipment, Education and Training, and Stock Management.
Quality Control is maintained at multiple levels for both raw materials and finished products. Specification-based testing is carried out using highly sensitive instruments by our trained and qualified in-house QC personnel. In addition to active component analysis, the following parameters are also controlled to ensure the production of high-quality products:
